The Interview:
How long did it take to get your first novel/book published?
There is a long gap of almost 5 years when I started Ranikhet Express to publish it. Though the actual time I took to complete it for about 1 year, along with my job as a research scientist.
Read about this author’s tale of being in depression.
What mistakes did you make with the publishing of your first book which you try not to repeat?
I published Ranikhet Express as self-publication, though it will not be easy I will try to find out a free publication house for my next book.
Can you focus on working on two books or stories at the same time?
Yes, my second book is already on the way.
Is there a modus operandi you follow and formulate before you actually start writing your next book?
No, I am motivated by true-life experiences.
MUST READ – One of our most popular author interviews.
What was the book that most influenced your life, and why?
No, in my opinion, it is not. I thought every story is inspired by some true incidents somehow and if one sticks to the actual extract of the story there will be no such situation ever.
How often do you read other novels? Who are your favourite authors?
I am a research scientist and never read a novel in my life until now.
